Design Terms and Conditions for Print Designs

PAYMENT FOR DESIGN

I only accept payments through Paypal. All monies for print design are due up front before any designing begins.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you cancel your order, I will issue a full refund, less Paypal fees. This refund will only be issued in the design stage. Once the PDF file(s) are emailed to you, there will be no refunds.

WAIT TIME

For the invites/candy bar wrappers, the PDF file(s) will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the next business day after full payment is received. Reasonable exclusions apply, such as illness, vacation, or an act of God. Yes, an act of God. Crazy, I know. But just in case a blizzard hits my Southern town, I need to prepare. With a loaf of bread, a dozen of eggs, and a gallon of milk. For all the French toast I’ll need to make.
