Frequently Asked Questions for Print Design

For each invitation and/or candy bar wrapper design you order, I will email you one file in PDF format. With that file, you can print as many invites/wrappers that you need. You can print them using your home printer or take the file to your printer of choice (CopyMax, Staples, CostCo, etc). The invitations print up 2 to a page & the candy bar wrapper prints 1 per page. Depending on the office supply store, they will also cut your invites/candy bar wrapper for an additional price. Most of these stores allow public use of the paper cutters as well, so you can also save money by cutting them yourself. I will provide you with the cut sizes, depending on your order.

Once I receive your request via the order form, I will send you an invoice for payment. Full payment is required before any designing begins. When I have received your payment, your file will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the next business day. So, basically, if you place an order & pay the invoice on Friday night, the earliest you will receive your file(s) is Monday evening. If you order two different files (one invitation & one candy bar wrapper), you will receive them both within 24 hours.

Well, whatever you’d like. I have entered sample text on the files shown, but don’t let that stop you from coming up with your own wording. There is space on the order form to supply any text you desire. At the bottom of the backside of the wrapper is a URL to my website. The invite has no such credits, but feel free to tell your friends where you found them.

The text I used as an example is actually 2 different sayings.
Left side → Bottles and booties, diapers and pins, this is where the love begins! Mfd. by {parents’ first names here}.
Right side → Ingredients: A little of mom and a little of dad makes the sweetest baby the world’s ever had!
Feel free to use this wording with your wrappers. I think it’s perfect!

The invitations (or birth announcements, if that’s what you’re ordering) fit inside a standard size invitation envelope that can be purchased at most office supply stores. The size for the envelopes is 4 3/8 in x 5 3/4 in.

The wrappers are specifically designed to fit the standard size 1.55 oz Hershey Milk Chocolate Bar. They will not fit the Hershey Bars with Almonds, as those bars have different sizes. Besides, a lot of people have peanut allergies, so candy bars with nuts do not make good party favors. The 1.55 oz Hershey Bar comes wrapped in a sealed brown wrapper, NOT in foil. You can wrap your custom wrapper around the brown wrapper. Or, if you prefer, you can buy foil in a variety of colors from an Internet site and rewrap your bars. Refunds will only be available prior to my sending your PDF file(s). Once the files have been emailed to you, there will be no refunds.

Absolutely. I can make custom prints designs using digital scrapbooking kits. Here are a few examples of some I’ve done in the past. The cost for each custom PDF file is $20 plus the cost of the digital kit. With one digital kit, I can make candy bar wrappers, invitations, party favor stickers, thank you cards, and more, so that your event will all match a certain theme.
