Design Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT FOR DESIGN
I only accept payments through Paypal.
REFUNDS
I will issue a full refund, less PayPal fees, cost of digi-kits and/or photo downloads, and $10.00 for my time. This fee will only be refunded in the design stage. Once the design is installed on your blog, there will be no refunds.
PERMISSIONS
I am not liable for any photos or design elements provided by clients. Please be sure to have permission before submitting any elements or photography to me for use in your design.
DESIGN CREDITS
Once your design is installed, a Bright Sunshine Designs logo as well as proper design credit for any elements and applicable fonts used will be added to your sidebar and at bottom of blog. By paying your invoice, you agree to keep this credit in your sidebar and bottom of blog as long as you have my design on your blog. If you should change your design, please remove my logo from your blog.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you cancel your order, I will issue a full refund, less Paypal fees, Digital kit fees (if applicable), and $10.00 for my time. This refund will only be issued in the design stage. Once the design is installed on your blog, no refunds will be issued.
WAIT TIME
Simply put, the wait list time is only an estimate. I work as quickly as possible to complete all designs but I also have a job and a life, and every once in a while, I go on vacation, too. So please understand if your design takes a little longer than both you and I originally expected. I promise I’m doing my best.
REVISIONS
After your design is installed, you will be given one free revision within the first 7 days after installation for any errors I might have made. Keep in mind: if you edit your template yourself after the install is complete and things don’t work right, this is not my error – it is yours. Any changes or add-ons (or fixing your mistakes) to the design after installation will be subject to a $10 fee as well as the cost of the item. In addition, any revisions after the first seven days is also subject to the $10 fee – seven days is plenty of time to realize something is broken.
UPDATING HEADERS
Once I have installed your new design and you have approved the finished look, I will upload your flattened jpg/png images (as required by the kit designers) to your Photobucket account for you to save at your discretion. Afterwards, I will delete all of your files/images/etc., which means we cannot change pictures, wording or elements in your header. If you feel that you might like to update your pictures or wording every now and then, I can store your editable Photoshop files for a $15 storage fee, which must be paid before installation begins on your blog. There is also a $10 update fee to update your header when you are ready to do so, payable through Paypal. Please email me if you would like more details.
