Design Terms and Conditions for Adoption Family Profiles

PAYMENT FOR DESIGN

I only accept payments through Paypal. Due to the intense nature of this design, all monies for adoption family profiles are due up front before any designing begins.

PERMISSIONS

I am not liable for any photos or design elements provided by clients. Please be sure to have permission before submitting any elements or photography to me for use in your design.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you cancel your order, I will issue a full refund, less Paypal fees and $45.00 per each page already completed, for my time. This refund will only be issued in the design stage. Once the final version is emailed to you, there will be no refunds.

WAIT TIME

Simply put, the wait list time is only an estimate. I work as quickly as possible to complete all designs but I also have a job and a life, and every once in a while, I go on vacation, too. So please understand if your design takes a little longer than both you and I originally expected. I promise I’m doing my best.

UPDATES

Once I have emailed you your final version and you have approved the finished look, I will delete all of your files/images/etc., which means we cannot change pictures, wording or elements in your profile. If you feel that you might like to update your pictures or wording in the future, I can store your editable Photoshop files for a $30 storage fee, which must be paid before your final version is sent.
