How It Works

① Fill out the form at the bottom of this page, including information like favorite/preferred color scheme and an email address where I can reach you. The price for a custom adoption family profile is $450, which includes 10 pages of your images & text assembled together. It is emailed to you in PDF format, print-ready for your printer of choice. Any additional pages can be purchased for an extra $30 fee per page.

② Payment and credit cards accepted through Paypal only. Due to the intense nature of this design, all monies are due upfront before the designing begins. I will email you a proper invoice after reviewing your requests.

③ Send me your high-quality original-sized photos & submit your text (← sent to me via a provided google document). Once all photos & text are received, I will begin designing your custom profile.

④ Photo editing: I will provide basic photo enhancements, if needed, which includes brightening, lightening, and/or sharpening your original photos, as well as cropping them to fit into your pages. However, professional photos will not be edited in any way, as it should not be necessary. Any additional editing, such as adding/removing backgrounds or airbrushing/touch-ups, require extra skill & time, and therefore can be performed for additional fees made on a case-by-case basis. ⑤ As a general rule of thumb, each page takes about 1 day to complete. However, it may take longer depending on individual client requests. (((Before I begin designing your profile, I will obviously need to organize your photos and ideas, so please allow several days at the beginning of your profile project before the first page is ready.))) Upon completion of each page, I will provide a version for your review. Please check your email regularly throughout this process, as questions may arise that will need prompt responses.

⑥ If you need help with any wording in your profile, my friend June and I will collaborate on this aspect for an additional $75 fee. You can send me your text via a provided google document, and June will rephrase it appropriately. If you are not good with words, this is money well spent. If, however, you prefer to write your text yourself, I will use it unedited.

⑦ Only PDFs will be provided to clients. I cannot provide any original PSD files, due to the terms & conditions set forth by the scrapbooking kit designers that I purchase from to create your profiles.
